Job Description
Our client, a leader in luxury beauty, is looking to bring on a Coordinator, CRM Execution for a 6 month opportunity. This is a great opportunity to learn and grow working with some of the most well-known brands.
This is a 6 month contract role with the possibility to extend. This is 100% remote but the selected candidate is expected to work in EST time.
Title: Coordinator, CRM Execution
The Coordinator, CRM Execution will play a key role in the execution of retention marketing strategies across several channels (email, SMS, and in-browser messaging), focusing on driving customer engagement and retention through targeted campaigns. The ideal candidate is passionate about email/SMS marketing and CRM systems, and has a strong understanding of customer journey touchpoints. As part of an integrated CRM team, this role will support a cluster of assigned brands and report to the CRM Strategist for that same cluster.
Role & Responsibilities:
-Asset trafficking (put together files and incorporate the appropriate links)
-Assist in managing day-to-day CRM operations and email marketing campaigns
-Connect the dots and put puzzle pieces together to ensure that updates are reflected in assets regarding inventory, pricing and promo details.
-Maintain marketing calendars and campaign schedules
-Quickly action on last minute creative, copy, or set up changes needed based on brand priorities with a 3-4 hour turnaround time
-Proactively maintain integrity of custom-built codes that power templates, dynamic content, and personalization across accounts with regular audits and updates
-Complete weekly and monthly monitoring of all email automations and performance metrics across the account to ensure technical accuracy and alert brand team to any potential risks in set up, performance drops, promo code errors, etc.
-Maintain relationship with CRM stakeholders to stay up to date on any organization-wide code or data changes, Canvas updates, or segmentation updates that are necessary based on bug fixes, account clean ups, technical optimization, etc. and maintain organizational set up standards
Qualifications:
-Understanding of HTML/CSS
-Email-specific coding and development experience
-Experience with in-house at DTC brands and/or agencies
-Proficient in responsive email design and front-end development
-Working knowledge of SQL is a huge plus
-Knowledge of eCommerce email design best practices, user-centered experience design, brand marketing, and the creative process
-Ability to take feedback, iterate on designs and be agile in your workflow
-Ability to multitask and solve challenges
-Strong communication skills
