We generate high volumes of Facebook leads and manage data across multiple CRMs to ensure accurate reporting, lower marketing costs, and sustainable growth for our clients. Our team supports several Qualified Remodeler Top 500 firms and oversees significant advertising budgets, always prioritizing measurable ROI and operational efficiency.


Role Description

This is a full-time, fully remote role for a Marketing Data Engineer. The Marketing Data Engineer will be responsible for maintaining and improving our internal data pipelines that support lead flow, reporting, and client onboarding. Daily tasks include building and managing Python-based API integrations, performing Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes, updating BigQuery datasets, optimizing SQL used in dashboards, and ensuring consistent, reliable data automation across platforms such as Facebook and GoHighLevel. Clear communication and strong ownership are essential, as this role supports the core data operations of the agency.


Qualifications

  • 3–6 years of experience in Python development or Data Engineering
  • Proficiency in Python (requests, pandas, JSON parsing)
  • Hands-on experience with REST APIs, including authentication, pagination, and rate limits
  • Strong SQL skills; experience with BigQuery is preferred
  • Experience performing Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes and maintaining data pipelines
  • Ability to interpret and troubleshoot complex marketing or CRM data
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Effective written and verbal communication in a remote environment


Compensation

  • $2,500–$4,000 USD per month, based on experience
