Are you a Technical Expert who loves solving complex hardware and networking puzzles? We aren't looking for someone to just watch screens—we need an engineer to lead the "brain" and "nerves" of our surveillance infrastructure.
The Mission: We are hiring a Lead Security Systems Engineer to manage our Command & Control center in Port Blair. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands that surveillance is 20% monitoring and 80% engineering.
What you’ll actually do:
- System Architecture: Manage and configure high-end VMS platforms (Genetec/Milestone/HikCentral).
- Network Backbone: Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, manage bandwidth for 4K streams, and handle fiber splicing.
- Incident Response: Lead the technical side of incident management—moving beyond simple logs to root-cause analysis.
- Hardware Ownership: Perform deep-dive maintenance on NVRs, Access Control, and IP cameras in a coastal environment.
