Job Description
Our Customer is a tech real-estate marketplace company with a portfolio of the largest and most vibrant real estate and home-related brands on the web and mobile. The company’s brands focus on all stages of the home lifecycle: renting, buying, selling, financing and home improvement. They are committed to empowering consumers with unparalleled data, inspiration and knowledge around homes, and connecting them with the right local professionals to help.
We are seeking a Marketing Specialist on a contract basis to support our Customer’s business needs. This role is 100% remote.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end creation of high-quality sales enablement content and collateral
- Craft value-based messaging using data and insights, and translate it into clear, consumable assets for frontline sales teams
- Build sales go-to-market plans aligned with a “right message, right time” strategy
- Serve as a cross-functional liaison between frontline teams and marketing partners, including Product Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, Brand Marketing, and Social
- Develop enablement materials for frontline operators across multiple business lines, including seller, buyer, new construction, and lending-related services
- Create scripts, SMS and email templates, flyers, pitch decks, playbooks, and other customer-facing messaging assets
- Upload, organize, and manage enablement and marketing resources within a sales enablement platform
- Monitor and analyze content performance (e.g., views, click-through rates) and optimize future materials based on insights
- Execute content creation independently, collaborating with design partners as needed for visual assets
- Focus primarily on execution and delivery while navigating fast-paced and occasionally reactive workstreams
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and prioritization
- Minimum of 3 years of B2C and/or B2B marketing experience
- At least 2 years of sales enablement or closely related revenue-driving experience supporting sales teams
- Proven experience creating content from scratch, analyzing performance, and taking action based on results
- Proficiency with Google Workspace tools, including Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides
- Hands-on experience with sales enablement and sales technology platforms such as Highspot
- Familiarity with CRM, sales engagement, and conversation intelligence tools such as Salesforce, SalesLoft, and Gong (or willingness to learn)
- Experience with reporting, compiling business requirements, creating use cases, and managing projects
- Familiarity with project management and reporting tools such as Jira and Tableau is a plus
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate cross-functionally
- Exceptional project management skills with a focus on operational excellence and detail
- Strong storytelling and copywriting skills with the ability to translate messaging into polished deliverables
- Analytical problem-solver who thrives in ambiguity and fast-paced environments
- Highly organized, self-directed, and adaptable with a creative, out-of-the-box mindset
- Experience working with sales teams strongly preferred
- Background in technology, agency, or in-house marketing environments preferred but not required
