Job Description
We are seeking an experienced IAM / IDAM Security Engineer for a fully remote contract role supporting a Bay Area-based project.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and support SSO, MFA, and user access provisioning
- Develop and maintain IAM policies and procedures
- Integrate SSO and user registration workflows with IT and product teams
- Support and maintain API-based microservices for onboarding
- Ensure scalability, redundancy, capacity planning, and performance of identity systems
- Participate in on-call rotations and handle IAM-related incidents
Required Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on IAM experience
- Strong experience with Okta, Azure AD, Ping Identity, CyberArk, or ForgeRock
- Deep understanding of SSO, MFA, and identity lifecycle management
- Practical experience with SAML, OAuth, OIDC, and SCIM
