Job Description


Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Web & Marketing Analytics Contractor to fill an open position with a Fortune 15 company based in the greater Seattle area. This fully remote role supports a Web Experience team focused on measuring, optimizing, and improving marketing surfaces and user journeys. The ideal candidate brings strong web analytics expertise, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.


Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and evaluate the impact of web initiatives, marketing programs, and experiments, proactively and in response to stakeholder requests.
  • Build dashboards, reports, and analyses using web analytics, behavioral analytics, and Excel to surface trends, anomalies, and performance insights.
  • Run and evaluate A/B tests and experiments, including experiment design, execution, and interpretation of results.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, marketers, and operations partners to clarify ambiguous questions and translate them into structured, actionable analyses.
  • Qualifications:

    • 5–7+ years of experience in web analytics and/or marketing analytics.
    • Minimum 5+ years of experience with advanced Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and complex data manipulation.
    • Minimum 5+ years of experience interpreting web data and performance metrics, including conversion rates, funnels, and user behavior.
    • Minimum 5+ years of experience using web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics or similar tools).
    • Strong understanding of A/B testing methodologies and core statistical concepts (power, significance, confidence intervals).
    • Proven ability to turn ambiguous business questions into clear analytical approaches and concise insights.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present findings to leadership.
