Overview
MULTIMEDIA DESIGNER
We are looking for a Multimedia Designer who combines strong design expertise with advanced post-production skills to create high-impact visual content across digital, social, print, and broadcast platforms. You will produce creative assets, edit and adapt video content, and ensure everything you deliver meets brand, technical, and quality standards.
This role is ideal for a versatile creative who enjoys switching between design, motion graphics, and video editing — and who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
What You’ll Do
- Create design concepts for campaigns across print, digital, social, and DOOH
- Edit and adapt video content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Google Ads, Amazon, and other social platforms
- Oversee motion graphics, color correction, audio, and finishing from concept to delivery
- Adapt creative assets for multiple regions and formats while ensuring brand consistency
- Collaborate closely with creatives, strategists, and account teams to meet project requirements
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to innovative design and video ideas
- Optimize videos for platform-specific guidelines and stay updated on trends, new techniques, and AI-driven tools
- Ensure quality control, deliver assets to spec, and maintain organized digital asset libraries
- Manage file workflows, versioning, and final delivery processes
- Provide creative and technical solutions to challenges under tight deadlines
- Proven experience as a designer and video editor in advertising, post-production, or multimedia, supported by a strong portfolio
- 5+ years of video editing experience, especially for social-first platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Meta)
- Solid motion graphics skills and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop) and DaVinci Resolve
- Understanding of file-based workflows, codecs, QC, and multi-platform delivery
- Ability to optimize content for digital performance and adapt assets across markets and formats
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving abilities
- Clear communication skills and ability to work both independently and within cross-functional teams
- Curiosity for new tools, design technologies, and emerging trends (AI tools, Cinema 4D, Blender, Nuke, etc.)
- Experience with e-commerce or performance-driven creative content is a plus
- Fluent English skills
