About the Role

We are seeking a talented UX Designer to join our dynamic team and craft user-centric, intuitive solutions for our innovative pricing platform. As a UX Designer at PriceLabs, you will play a crucial role in understanding user behaviors, translating insights into engaging designs, and collaborating across teams to deliver seamless experiences on web and mobile platforms. This fully remote position is open to candidates residing in India who are passionate about solving complex user problems through thoughtful design. Your work will directly impact thousands of users worldwide, helping them optimize their rental pricing strategies and improve their revenue management processes.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of experience designing user-centric web and mobile interfaces
• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects
• Proficiency in Figma as the primary design tool
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders
• Basic data visualization skills for creating insightful dashboards
• Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions effectively
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Passion for exploring AI applications in UX, such as AI-generated copy or prototypes
• Comfortable working in a remote environment and thriving in a collaborative team setting

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of user behaviors and needs to create user-centric experiences for web and mobile platforms
• Engage with internal stakeholders and support teams to gather feedback and iterate on design solutions
• Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to solve complex problems and develop meaningful, intuitive designs
• Communicate design rationale and decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Contribute to and maintain the company's design system to ensure consistency across all products
• Translate designs from Figma into pixel-perfect UI implementations in collaboration with development teams
• Participate in user research and testing to validate design solutions and improve user experience
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX/UI design
