Job Description


We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Sales & Marketing to lead revenue growth and strengthen brand visibility. This role is ideal for a visionary leader with a strong sales and marketing background who thrives in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with company goals
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales and marketing team
  • Drive revenue growth through effective sales initiatives and customer engagement
  • Enhance brand awareness through targeted marketing and digital campaigns (SEO, social, online advertising)
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Track and report on sales and marketing KPIs to optimize performance
  • Manage departmental budgets and resource allocation
  • Partner with product and operations teams on new product launches and initiatives


Leadership & People Management:

  • Interview, hire, train, and develop team members
  • Assign and direct work; conduct performance reviews
  • Address employee concerns and recognize performance in accordance with company policies


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 7+ years of leadership experience in sales and/or marketing in heavy equipment or manufacturing experience
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth and build strong brand presence
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools, analytics, and CRM platforms
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards is a plus


Compensation:

  • Base Salary: up to $150,000 (commensurate with experience)
  • Bonus: Annual, performance-based (not capped; tied to EBITDA or key metrics)
  • Total Compensation Potential: $180K +
