Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with company goals
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales and marketing team
- Drive revenue growth through effective sales initiatives and customer engagement
- Enhance brand awareness through targeted marketing and digital campaigns (SEO, social, online advertising)
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Track and report on sales and marketing KPIs to optimize performance
- Manage departmental budgets and resource allocation
- Partner with product and operations teams on new product launches and initiatives
Leadership & People Management:
- Interview, hire, train, and develop team members
- Assign and direct work; conduct performance reviews
- Address employee concerns and recognize performance in accordance with company policies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 7+ years of leadership experience in sales and/or marketing in heavy equipment or manufacturing experience
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth and build strong brand presence
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools, analytics, and CRM platforms
- Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards is a plus
Compensation:
- Base Salary: up to $150,000 (commensurate with experience)
- Bonus: Annual, performance-based (not capped; tied to EBITDA or key metrics)
- Total Compensation Potential: $180K +
