Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements.
  • Conduct analysis to identify process inefficiencies and propose actionable improvements.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including workflows, process maps, and user stories.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure business requirements are translated into effective solutions.
  • Support project planning, tracking, and reporting to ensure timely delivery.
  • Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and feedback cycles to refine deliverables.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in business analysis and consulting.


Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and process mapping tools.
  • Familiarity with business analysis frameworks and project methodologies like Agile or Waterfall.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Candidates must have U.S. work authorization.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Internship or hands-on experience in business analysis or consulting.
  • Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Power BI is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL or database concepts is advantageous.
