The Role: Bug Tester (QA)

As our Bug Tester, you’ll be responsible for identifying, documenting, and helping eliminate bugs across a wide range of digital assets — from client-facing websites to internal tools and systems.

You’ll work closely with developers, marketers, project managers, and operations teams to ensure everything we launch actually works as intended — across devices, browsers, and real-world use cases.

You won’t just test what’s obvious. You’ll test what could go wrong.

Key Responsibilities

Manual Testing & Quality Control

Test websites, landing pages, dashboards, and internal tools across multiple browsers and devices.

Identify functional, UI/UX, performance, and edge-case bugs before releases go live.

Validate fixes through structured regression testing.

Bug Reporting & Documentation

Create clear, actionable bug reports with steps to reproduce, expected vs actual results, and supporting evidence.

Ensure issues are logged in a way developers can act on immediately.

Track bug status through resolution and re-testing.

Cross-Team Collaboration

Work closely with developers and delivery teams to clarify requirements and expected behaviour.

Flag usability issues that technically “work” but fail from a user perspective.

Support continuous improvement of QA processes, checklists, and standards.

Release Confidence

Act as the final quality gate before launches and updates.

Help reduce post-launch issues by catching problems early.

Contribute to smoother releases and higher client satisfaction.

Required:

  • Hands-on experience in manual QA testing or bug testing.
  • Strong attention to detail and a methodical testing approach.
  • Ability to think like a real user, not just follow test scripts.
  • Clear written communication skills for reporting issues.
  • Comfort working in a remote, fast-moving environment.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience testing web applications, marketing funnels, or internal tools.
  • Familiarity with bug-tracking or project management tools.
  • Basic understanding of how web systems work (front-end vs back-end concepts).
  • Interest in learning automation testing over time.

Here’s what you can expect:

  • Remote-first, global team – Work from anywhere with teammates worldwide.
  • Real responsibility – Your testing directly impacts live products and clients.
  • Fast learning curve – Exposure to multiple industries, tools, and systems.
  • Entrepreneurial culture – We value initiative, not micromanagement.
  • Growth opportunities – Expand into senior QA, automation, or product-focused roles over time.
  • We move fast.
  • We test live.

We fix issues instead of hiding them. If that excites you, you’ll fit right in.
