- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms (X/Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, Discord, YouTube, and emerging channels) to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Create and curate high-quality, engaging content: short-form videos, memes, threads, real-time posts, stories, and graphics that capture Muze's vibrant, community-driven vibe.
- Build and nurture online communities: moderate discussions, respond to comments/DMs, foster user-generated content, and turn followers into advocates.
- Run organic growth campaigns and experiments to spark viral moments, collaborations with creators/influencers, and cross-promotions.
- Plan and manage paid social ads (where needed) to amplify reach, targeting creators and communities interested in real-time social experiences.
- Analyze performance metrics using platform analytics and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, native insights) to optimize content, timing, and strategies—report on growth, engagement, and ROI.
- Stay ahead of social media trends, algorithm changes, and competitor activity to keep Muze's presence fresh and innovative.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to align social efforts with feature launches, user feedback, and platform updates.

- Expert in content creation: strong writing for threads/captions, basic video editing (CapCut, Premiere, or similar), and visual design (Canva, Photoshop, Figma).
- Deep understanding of major platforms' algorithms, best practices, and community building.
- Data-driven: comfortable with analytics, A/B testing, and turning insights into action.
