About the Role
We’re hiring a top-tier UI/UX designer for a fully remote, high-upside role where you’ll have real ownership, design freedom, and hands-on involvement across multiple AI and SaaS products. If your work looks like the best designers on Twitter/Dribbble, we want you.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end product design for AI tools, dashboards, landing pages, and internal systems.
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and full design systems in Figma.
- Translate raw ideas into polished, usable screens with strong UX reasoning.
- Rapidly iterate with founders and engineers.
- Use Figma Community, Framer, and design marketplaces to speed up workflows.
- Maintain visual consistency across products and modules.
Requirements
- Exceptional portfolio. Modern, clean, SaaS/AI-style design. (Mandatory)
- Strong command of Figma (auto-layout, components, variants, tokens).
- Good understanding of Framer, Figma Community, Dribbble, and high-quality design references.
- Experience designing for SaaS, B2B workflows, or AI products.
- Solid fundamentals in typography, spacing, layout, and UX flows.
- Fast, structured, and detail-driven.
Nice to Have
- Experience with design systems, micro-animations, or motion principles.
- Startup or freelance background.
