Job Title: Talent Sourcer (Remote)

Location: Pakistan (Remote)

Working Hours: US Time Zones (EST / CST overlap required)

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Talent Sourcer based in Pakistan to support our recruitment team by identifying, engaging, and qualifying high-quality candidates for US-based roles. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys research, candidate outreach, and building strong talent pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source candidates for technical, non-technical, and leadership roles using:
  • LinkedIn Recruiter / LinkedIn Search
  • Job boards, ATS, GitHub, Boolean search, and other sourcing channels
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs
  • Conduct initial outreach via LinkedIn, email, and other platforms
  • Screen resumes to assess basic role fit before recruiter handoff
  • Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS or tracking sheets
  • Support recruiters with market mapping and talent research
  • Meet daily/weekly sourcing targets and turnaround timelines

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment support
  • Strong understanding of Boolean search and LinkedIn sourcing
  • Experience sourcing for US, UK, or global markets (preferred)
  • Good written English communication skills
  • Ability to work during US business hours
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
  • Comfortable working remotely and independently

Nice to Have

  • Experience sourcing for tech, SaaS, engineering, or product roles
  • Familiarity with ATS tools (Greenhouse, Lever, Workable, etc.)
  • Exposure to agency recruiting or RPO environments
