๐ฐ Compensation: $90,000-$120,000 base (up to $125,000 for top candidates) + 12% performance bonus + company vehicle

A leading New Yorkโbased landscape design-build contractor is expanding its high-end residential practice and seeking a Landscape Designer / Sales Architect to lead design and client development across Long Island and the metro area.
Youโll manage projects end-to-end - from client discovery and concept design through pricing, proposal, and construction - in a collaborative environment that values both creativity and execution.

What Youโll Do
- Lead client consultations and shape design and budget direction.
- Develop master plans, planting layouts, lighting, and hardscape details.
- Manage proposals and the full sales cycle (inquiry โ concept โ contract).
- Collaborate with estimating and operations to ensure seamless delivery.
- Oversee design QA/QC to maintain constructability and aesthetic excellence.
- Mentor junior designers and enhance graphics and detail standards.
- Support marketing visuals and portfolio materials.
What You Bring
- 5+ years in residential landscape architecture or design-build.
- Strong portfolio of estate or luxury residential projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite (Revit a plus).
- Knowledge of planting design, grading/drainage, lighting, and hardscape detailing.
- Excellent client communication and presentation skills.
- Licensed Landscape Architect preferred (not required).
- Valid driverโs license (company vehicle provided).
