Job Description
Our client is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join their growing team and help shape the future of the Creator Economy. In this role, you’ll own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for key product initiatives, working closely with customers, creators, cross-functional teams, and leadership to build tools and experiences that empower creators to thrive.
This role is 100% remote, with the opportunity of quarterly trips to meet with the rest of the team.
What you'll be doing
- Defining and executing product strategy: Owning the product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives, and aligning stakeholders around a shared vision to drive business impact.
- Guiding product development—from idea to launch—with consideration for your specific team, adjacent teams, and the broader Creator Economy ecosystem.
- Deeply understanding customers and users: Conducting research, analyzing data, experimenting, and gathering insights to identify pain points and opportunities.
- Be a single mutually supporting-force with your partners in design, engineering, and product analytics
- Partnering with marketing to launch new products, with customer operations to develop excellent support, and with analytics to monitor engagement and evaluate product success
- Staying ahead of trends: Monitoring industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities.
What you should have
- Experience: 6+ years of product management experience delivering products that people love.
- Strategic thinker: Ability to balance long-term vision with short-term execution, and prioritize effectively in a resource-constrained environment.
- Data-driven: Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform decisions and measure success.
- Excellent communicator: Ability to clearly articulate ideas, influence stakeholders, and rally teams around a shared vision.
- Bias for action: A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get things done.
