Job Title: Designer Head (Founding Role)
Location: Fully Remote
Time Commitment: Minimum 3 hours per day

- This is a founding, equity-based role at an early-stage startup.
- The role includes a 3-month probation period, during which no monetary compensation will be provided.
- Post probation, based on performance, contribution, and long-term commitment, equity/ESOPs will be discussed, along with a potential opportunity for full-time engagement as the company grows.
- We are looking for serious, long-term candidates who are genuinely interested in building and growing with VINDA from an early stage.
- A minimum availability of 3 hours per day is required to ensure meaningful contribution.
About the Role
VINDA is seeking a Designer Head to lead and own the product design function. This role involves working closely with the Founder, managing the design team, and ensuring consistent and productive design outcomes in a remote-first environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product design from wireframes to high-fidelity interfaces.
- Define and maintain design systems, UI components, and visual standards.
- Collaborate directly with the Founder to translate product vision into design solutions.
- Work closely with developers to ensure smooth handoff and execution.
- Manage, guide, and monitor designers and interns to ensure timely and productive delivery of work.
- Review outputs, provide constructive feedback, and maintain design quality and consistency.
