- Pay Range: $69.00 – $76.00 per hour, based on experience and internal equity

Position Summary
The IT Project Manager – Supply Chain Systems will lead and manage large-scale technology initiatives supporting service parts procurement, order fulfillment, and warehouse management systems (WMS). This role requires both strong project management and business analysis capabilities to ensure the successful planning, execution, and delivery of critical IT programs that drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
The Project Manager will coordinate closely with technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to manage timelines, budgets, risks, and resources while transitioning from waterfall to agile methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full project lifecycle from planning and execution through closure.
- Develop comprehensive work plans, schedules, and budgets aligned with organizational objectives.
- Coordinate project resources, track progress, and deliver consistent status reports to management.
- Support requirements analysis, design documentation, and testing activities.
- Manage dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies across projects.
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to ensure project goals align with enterprise priorities.
- Prepare and present executive-level updates and documentation.
- Facilitate project meetings, retrospectives, and deliverable reviews.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience managing end-to-end IT projects across large-scale systems.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including procurement, order fulfillment, and WMS.
- Familiarity with EDI (Electronic Data Interchange), MFT (Managed File Transfer), and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
- Experience managing Agile or hybrid methodology projects.
- Experience managing budgets, schedules, and resources with clear risk mitigation strategies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Desired Skills
- Experience with SCM applications such as Blue Yonder (preferred).
- Ability to perform business analysis, requirements gathering, and design documentation.
- Understanding of IT infrastructure and multi-tier architectures.
- Automotive industry experience strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with Clarity and Jira/Confluence tools for tracking and documentation.
- 3+ years of Big 4 consulting experience preferred.
- Stable work history with large enterprise organizations.
