We’re hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist with 5+ years of experience who brings a broad skill set and isn’t afraid to dig in. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across channels, taking ownership of their work, and continuously learning new tools, platforms, and approaches.
This is a remote position, but candidates must be located in Michigan.
What You'll Do
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing efforts across SEO, PPC, and social media
- Manage and support paid media campaigns, including Google Ads and social PPC
- Create and oversee content, including graphics, written content, and social posts
- Support SEO strategy through keyword research, on-page optimization, and content planning
- Work directly with clients and internal team members to manage accounts and expectations
- Track performance, analyze results, and translate data into clear recommendations
- Manage timelines, priorities, and deliverables across multiple client projects
Skills & Expertise
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing
- Strong working knowledge of SEO, PPC, and paid social
- Experience with content creation and graphic design
- Social media strategy and execution experience
- Account management and client communication skills
- Project management and organizational ability
- Comfort with marketing analytics, reporting, and performance tracking
