Job Description
Our client is seeking a part-time Social Media Manager to support the growth and day-to-day management of their social media presence. They focus on building consistent, high-quality content that reflects a strong brand voice while fostering meaningful engagement with their audience. Their approach blends content strategy, visual quality, and community interaction to drive organic growth across key social platforms.

Fully-Remote | 9 AM – 3 PM EST (30 hours/week)
Role Overview
The Social Media Manager will manage and grow the brand’s social media presence by editing assets, maintaining the content calendar, scheduling posts, and actively engaging with the community. This role ensures all published content aligns with brand voice, quality standards, and overall marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Editing
- Edit social media graphics and assets using tools such as Canva and Figma.
- Create and execute content strategies aligned with brand positioning and marketing goals.
- Manage the social media content calendar to ensure consistent posting.
- Schedule and publish content across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Respond to comments and messages to build and nurture a loyal community.
- Monitor social media conversations and provide timely responses to inquiries.
- Assist in brainstorming and scripting content ideas that resonate with the target audience.
- Contribute ideas to support organic growth and engagement.
- Review content before publishing to ensure it meets brand standards and is error-free.
Experience
- 2+ years managing social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Experience creating engaging social media content and copy.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Canva and Figma.
- Strong eye for detail and design quality.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Up-to-date knowledge of social media trends and insights.
