Role Overview
Mint Source is hiring an Email Marketing Manager for a UK-based e-commerce email marketing agency. You'll own email and SMS strategy and execution for 5-7 e-commerce brands, managing the full campaign lifecycle from planning through optimization while serving as the client's trusted marketing partner. Success in this role means delivering high-performing campaigns, clear communication, and consistent revenue impact across accounts.
What You'll Do
- Plan and execute email and SMS marketing strategies for 5-7 e-commerce brands using Klaviyo and related platforms
- Own end-to-end campaign delivery, from strategy and setup through launch, QA, and post-campaign analysis
- Act as the main client contact by joining meetings, sharing weekly performance reports, and responding to questions via Slack and email
- Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and technicians to ensure campaigns are launched accurately and on time
- Monitor and optimize performance using metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and revenue contribution
- Run A/B tests, manage segmentation, and build automations to improve engagement and conversions
- Ensure all campaigns meet quality and compliance standards, including CAN-SPAM and GDPR requirements
- Manage tasks and timelines using structured workflows in ClickUp and Slack to keep projects on track
What We're Looking For
- 3.5+ years of hands-on experience in e-commerce email and SMS marketing with strong Klaviyo expertise (certification preferred)
- Proven ability to manage multiple brand accounts simultaneously while maintaining high execution quality
- Deep understanding of email and SMS automation, segmentation, and customer journey mapping
- Comfort reviewing designs in Figma and working within project management tools like ClickUp and Slack
- Strong written and spoken English with confidence in client-facing communication
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to identify issues, recommend improvements, and act on insights
- Experience with Postscript, Attentive, or subscription platforms such as Recharge or Bold is a plus
- A structured, detail-oriented approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment managing overlapping deadlines
- Portfolio or work samples welcome but not required
Key Performance Metrics (KPIs)
- Drive measurable improvements in engagement metrics (open rates, CTR) and revenue attribution across assigned accounts
- Deliver campaigns and automations on time and error-free, meeting all QA and compliance standards
- Execute testing and optimization initiatives that lead to documented performance gains
- Maintain clear, reliable client communication and reporting that builds trust and strengthens long-term relationships
