IT Service Desk Engineer – Level 2 (Remote, Mexico | Spanish/English)
Full Remote · PST Shift
Are you the one people call when nothing works — and you actually fix it?
We’re looking for an L2 IT Service Desk Engineer to support McLarens’ global teams, delivering high-quality technical assistance in Spanish and English.
This is a 100% remote role based in Mexico, working on a Pacific Time (PST) shift.
What You’ll Do
- Handle L2 technical escalations from our Service Desk (Windows/macOS, Office 365, VPN, networking basics, enterprise apps).
- Manage tickets through Zendesk with strong ownership, prioritization and SLA discipline.
- Support Azure AD / Active Directory for account management, access issues and troubleshooting.
- Diagnose issues using remote tools and document resolutions with clarity and precision.
- Create and maintain knowledge base articles in English and Spanish.
- Partner with L1, L3, and global IT teams to ensure seamless support across regions.
What We’re Looking For
- Based in Mexico, able to work PST shift.
- Fluent Spanish and English (written & spoken).
- 2–4 years experience in IT Service Desk or Technical Support (L1/L2).
- Hands-on knowledge of:
- Windows 10/11 & macOS
- Office 365
- VPN & remote connectivity
- Basic networking
- Experience with Zendesk or similar ITSM platforms; understanding of ITIL principles.
- Strong customer focus, urgency, and problem-solving mindset.
Nice to Have:
- Certifications: CompTIA A+ / Network+ / ITIL Foundation / Microsoft 365
- Experience supporting global teams
- Exposure to Intune, SCCM, scripting (PowerShell/Bash)
