We're on a mission to raise the bar in cybersecurity assurance through professionalism, process, and a modernized audit approach.

We're looking for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our team and own the Central Region territory. This is a dynamic, client-facing role combining account management, sales development, and partnership enablement.


What You'll Do:

Client Management:

  • Be the primary point of contact for existing clients, ensuring their ongoing success and satisfaction
  • Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities across our suite of services
  • Ensure timely renewals and long-term client retention

Sales Development & Growth:

  • Collaborate with leadership to execute targeted growth strategies

What We’re Looking For:

Based on the Central Region of the US (required)

  • 2+ years in a Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales role, ideally in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity/compliance
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
  • Familiarity with ISO 27001, SOC 2, or compliance frameworks is a plus
