Who are we? 👋

Homeflow is a market-leading, fast-growing, profitable, software-as-a-service (SaaS) business in the property market. We think we’re a lovely team of people with a fantastic company culture that we want to retain as we grow - ambitious, hard-working and collaborative yet respectful of work-life balance. You can expect to feel welcomed and supported by some truly talented people, in a company that is constantly innovating.

We are looking for a Website Production Executive, based in the UK, to support the growth of the team as the company matures. The primary goal of this position is to configure Homeflow products acquired by customers, focusing primarily on estate agent websites. You will be responsible for gathering together all of the assets that are needed to build websites and other products, and then populating them accordingly. This role will require you to work closely with our clients during the start of their Homeflow journey, as well as coordinate with other internal colleagues as needed. You will work closely with our Production Team and collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Sales and Technology. Homeflow is operating on a fully remote basis but occasional travel will be required for our company meet ups (bi-annually at most in the UK).

Typical job tasks include 🚀

  • Assembling template websites
  • Maintaining regular communication with clients (may be an internal client) to ensure progress
  • Proactively managing client timelines and dependencies, including following up on outstanding actions or information
  • Keeping clients on track to agreed milestones through clear, professional, and timely follow-ups
  • Taking ownership of delivery by flagging risks, delays, or blockers early and driving them to resolution
  • Ensuring that their work is of the highest quality - self testing, QA etc.
  • Communicating with clients through various channels
  • Participating in meetings with the client

We’re looking for someone who has 🔎

  • Proficiency in HTML
  • Understanding of CSS and having used it
  • Proficient organisational skills
  • Ability to consistently meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with business software (Gmail, Slack etc.)
  • Strong eye for design presentation and functionality
  • Collaborative team player, open to sharing ideas, suggestions, and discussions

It would be a bonus if you have 🌟

  • Familiarity with SEO practices
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics (GA) and Tag Manager

People who thrive in this role at Homeflow are great problem solvers who like to get their head down and stuck into a task. They are friendly, positive and passionate. They also embody our company values of being driven, open, polished and pioneering.
