Our Auckland team is looking for Registered Hand Therapist who is committed to adding value to patient care. We will provide you with the growth and tools you need to look after people the way they deserve to be taken care of – the Habit Health way. As a Registered professional with Hand Therapy New Zealand, you will be in the unique place to mentor our growing team of Associates and support them in gaining their registrations. You will work with the wider team to ensure collaboration and excellent client outcomes.

Main Responsibilities

  • Determine appropriate treatment plans and solutions for rehabilitation services
  • Prepare clinical documentation / patient reports
  • Supervise Associates to ensure they get the right the training and support to continue on their registration journey
  • Sound knowledge of ACC obligations, guidelines and policies
  • Utilise diary management software

The Ideal Candidate

  • Degree / qualification in Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy
  • Current APC / Member/Registration of Hand Therapy NZ, PBNZ or OTNZ
  • Excellent interpersonal skills – you will be meeting lots of great people!
  • Open to candidates of all skill levels who wish to specialise in Hand Therapy / candidates who are already qualified and can supervise and mentor Associates
