Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed HR research related to hiring regulations, employment requirements, and compliance differences across U.S. states.
  • Gather and synthesize information on labor laws, onboarding requirements, and documentation standards.
  • Draft, edit, and refine employment contracts, offer letters, and HR documents based on research findings.
  • Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to assist with research, drafting, summarization, and document structuring.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure findings are organized for internal reference.
  • Collaborate with supervisors to update policies and contract templates as needed.
  • Assist with other HR administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Current student in Human Resources, Business, Legal Studies, or related field.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written communication and document-drafting ability.
