Job Description


We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager with a background in managing AI-based solutions and driving complex, global initiatives. This role requires a strategic and execution-focused mindset, the ability to lead distributed teams across time zones, and confidence engaging with C-level stakeholders. You will own delivery end-to-end, navigate ambiguity, and ensure stable execution in high-pressure situations while supporting change and transformation across the organization.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing and delivering AI-based or data-driven solutions.
  • Strong track record of leading global teams across multiple time zones.
  • Full professional proficiency in English (spoken and written).
  • Solid understanding of business logic and system/process flows.
  • Executive-level communication skills and ability to work with CxOs and senior management.
  • Demonstrated ability to remain calm and effective during crises or escalations.
  • Adaptive leadership style with experience coaching teams and stakeholders through change.
  • Relevant certifications (Solution Administration, Project Management, or similar).
  • Hands-on experience with delivery and collaboration tools: Jira, Smartsheet, Confluence, MS Project, PowerPoint, Lucid.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Lead and deliver AI-based solutions end to end, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Own delivery accountability with clear structure, urgency, and transparency.
  • Lead and coordinate global, cross-functional teams across time zones and business units.
  • Engage with executive stakeholders (CxOs and senior leaders), translating business strategy into executable plans.
  • Drive decision-making by understanding business logic and system processes.
  • Manage high-pressure situations and escalations, providing stability and focus.
  • Coach and guide stakeholders through ambiguity, change, and transformation.
  • Apply strategic thinking to balance trade-offs between scope, time, cost, and value.
  • Support and drive change management and adoption of new solutions and processes
  • Ensure effective use of delivery and planning tools (Jira, Smartsheet, Confluence, MS Project, PowerPoint, Lucid).
  • Nice to have:
  • Experience in industrial environments (Manufacturing is a solid advantage).
  • Strong grounding in change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR).
  • Consulting background (e.g., Accenture, PwC, Deloitte, KPMG) OR Business Analysis / Product Owner experience.
  • Experience managing integration projects (MDM, Data migration, external APIs).
