About the Project

Our fintech client is scaling its paid media presence and needs to exponentially increase the volume and quality of social ad creatives β€” targeting a β€œ100×” lift in campaign output.

The current process is manual and unsustainable for growth.

We’re looking for a creative technologist β€” someone who combines high-polish visual design, AI workflow expertise, and performance marketing fluency β€” to architect and execute a scalable, automated ad-creation system using Adobe GenStudio or similar enterprise AI creative tools.

You’ll own the full lifecycle: building templates, generating creative variations, analyzing performance metrics, and continuously improving creative strategy through automation.


Key Responsibilities:

Creative Strategy & Production

  • Design and implement AI-driven ad templates across social and display platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google Display, YouTube).
  • Concept and produce high-impact visuals and messaging aligned with brand voice and performance KPIs.
  • Translate brand systems into reusable, modular templates that support automated personalization and testing.
  • Maintain consistency in tone, typography, and motion across creative variations.

AI & Automation Implementation

  • Configure Adobe GenStudio for Performance Marketing or similar AI tools to automate ad generation and scaling.
  • Create structured prompt frameworks for image, text, and video generation (e.g., Firefly, Runway, Midjourney).
  • Establish data-driven creative logic so ads dynamically adapt by audience, region, or message category.
  • Manage versioning and QA of large-scale creative outputs for accuracy, brand compliance, and quality.
  • Document workflows and develop playbooks for internal team adoption post-engagement.

Technical Implementation

  • Connect creative automation systems with media delivery platforms (Meta Creative Hub, Google Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
  • Set up integrations with supporting tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud Libraries, Zapier, Workfront, or similar automation layers.
  • Implement naming conventions, asset governance, and creative metadata tagging for scalability.
  • Troubleshoot AI automation workflows and ensure reproducibility of results.

Performance Analysis & Optimization

  • Monitor ad metrics across all active campaigns β€” CTR, CPM, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and engagement rate.
  • Identify creative fatigue, performance patterns, and winning variations.
  • Produce weekly performance summaries with actionable insights, translating data into clear creative recommendations.
  • Present findings in a visually digestible format (dashboards, annotated creative boards, review decks).
  • Continuously refine AI prompts and templates to improve measurable performance outcomes.

Creative Operations & QA

  • Develop a creative QA process to review AI-generated outputs before publishing.
  • Ensure compliance with brand, legal, and regulatory requirements (especially relevant in fintech contexts).
  • Build governance structures around asset libraries, ensuring scalable, repeatable creative workflows.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Communication

  • Work cross-functionally with marketing leads, designers, and leadership to align creative direction with business goals.
  • Act as an internal advocate for AI-powered creative workflows β€” educating teammates on process and best practices.
  • Communicate fluently across creative, technical, and business domains.


Qualifications:

Required:

  • 5+ years of experience in digital advertising, creative automation, or performance marketing.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating high-polish ad creative and measurable campaign impact.
  • Hands-on experience with AI creative platforms (Adobe GenStudio, Firefly, Runway, Midjourney, etc.).
  • Ability to interpret campaign analytics and connect creative decisions to performance metrics.
  • Experience designing within or connecting to social ad platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google Ads).
  • Working understanding of AI prompt design, template logic, and asset version control.
  • Excellent written and visual communication skills; comfortable translating technical insights into creative language.


Preferred:

  • Familiarity with dynamic creative optimization (DCO) and data schema for audience personalization.
  • Experience with creative automation APIs or tools like Zapier, Workfront, or Figma automation plugins.
  • Knowledge of fintech advertising guidelines or regulated-industry creative review processes.
  • Prior experience in fast-paced startup or agency environments.

  • Launch a fully operational AI-powered ad generation workflow within 6 weeks.
  • Deliver a comprehensive automation stack (prompts, templates, and documentation) that can be replicated internally.
