We’re looking for a TikTok Shop Ecommerce and Operations Manager to own day-to-day Shop operations, campaign execution, and account health across TikTok Shop. This role sits at the intersection of operations, social commerce, and performance marketing— ensuring the Shop is optimized, compliant, and positioned to scale through promotions, affiliate activations, and seasonal moments.
You’ll be responsible for keeping Seller Center clean and healthy, launching and managing promotions, coordinating Shop logistics, and acting as the primary operator for all backend TikTok Shop workflows.
Responsibilities
Full Seller Center Setup and Lifecycle Management
- Lead end-to-end TikTok Shop setup: shop creation, category approval, product listings, pricing, inventory sync, and ongoing optimizations.
- Maintain catalog accuracy— update SKUs, creative assets, pricing changes, and discoverability enhancements.
TikTok Shop Operations and Account Health
- Own day-to-day Seller Center hygiene, including PDP checks (titles, attributes, imagery), catalog updates, and compliance follow-ups.
- Conduct A/B tests on listing elements (images, attributes) to improve discoverability and conversion.
- Monitor and report on core account-health metrics such as Late Dispatch Rate, Valid Tracking Rate, cancellations, and refunds.
- Proactively flag risks and resolve issues to protect account standing and sales velocity.
- Troubleshoot policy, approval, or suspension issues by organizing evidence, timelines, and escalation documentation.
Campaigns, Promotions, and Revenue Drivers
- Register and manage backend promotions including campaigns, flash sales, bundles, vouchers, and seasonal events.
- Coordinate promotion setup across Seller Center in partnership with all teams.
- Ensure promotional mechanics are accurately implemented and aligned with creative and merchandising strategy.
- Leverage CRM tools to segment followers and coordinate targeted campaigns.
- Analyze GMV, traffic, conversion trends, and Shop Performance Score to identify opportunities or risks.
Sampling Exception Management (Operational Support Only)
- Provide operational support for sample-related exceptions, including canceled sample orders, lost or damaged shipments, or orders falling outside defined SLAs.
- Flag and escalate sample issues to the Affiliate team when intervention is required, including delays, inventory constraints, or compliance risks.
- Support escalation when products must be paused or removed from the affiliate program due to stock constraints, policy violations, or platform warnings.
- Act as a secondary point of escalation by messaging internal teams or clients when sample issues are not addressed within expected timelines.
Fulfillment, CX, and Issue Resolution
- Coordinate with fulfillment and CX partners on shipping, returns, and cancellations.
- Track order flow, fulfillment SLAs, returns, and customer service interactions— ensure accurate tracking updates and issue resolution.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend process improvements to improve customer experience and account health.
Compliance and Violations Management
- Monitor and resolve policy violations, service level agreement issues, seller compliance flags, and platform disputes.
- Prepare escalation documentation and evidence to manage appeals and ensure re-instatement when required.
- Monitor for unauthorized resellers and report violations to protect brand integrity and account health.
SOP and Process Development
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures, checklists, and documentation to streamline shop operations and reduce errors.
- Develop scalable processes and automations where possible to increase efficiency.
Qualifications
- Required: 2–4+ years of experience in eCommerce operations, marketplace management, or performance-driven retail
- Required: Comfortable in client-facing roles with strong communication skills (i.e. written, verbal, and presentation)
- Required: Exceptional ability to manage multiple brand accounts and campaigns at once
- Required: Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop Seller Center
- Deep understanding of marketplace health metrics, fulfillment standards, and compliance requirements
- Experience with CRM platforms is a plus
- Highly organized, dependable, and very detail-oriented
- Independent, self-sufficient, and a strategic thinker with a proactive mindset
- Demonstrates initiative and an entrepreneurial approach to problem-solving
