The Head of AI is a strategic product and technology leader responsible for building Simple’s fully AI-first creative infrastructure — accelerating production, elevating quality, and enabling creative scale that unlocks breakthrough performance in 2026 and beyond.
In this role, you will lead a team of project managers and AI-driven designers, operating at the crossroads of User Acquisition, Data Science, Development, and Creative Strategy. Your mission: drive AI innovation across the entire creative pipeline and build the systems that allow Simple to scale creative output, experimentation, and impact.
We’re looking for a true leader — someone who can cultivate an AI-first mindset, build a high-performing environment, refine and scale our existing processes, introduce new systems where needed, empower teams through innovation, and foster a collaborative culture where AI and creativity thrive together.
Who you are:You have built and launched SaaS products and internal platforms that operate at scale — either within large organizations or in the market.
You have strong Product Management experience: you build platforms and internal tools grounded in real user needs, understand user pain points deeply, and translate them into clear, functional product solutions.
You know how to lead engineering: you formulate technical requirements, own and maintain the product roadmap, and manage developers/engineers effectively to deliver high-impact outcomes.
You understand marketing and performance-driven creative: you’re familiar with creative production workflows for Social and Google placements, and you understand user segments, ad formats, and performance marketing dynamics.
You communicate with clarity and influence — across engineering, business, and creative teams — and can bring diverse stakeholders into alignment.
You think strategically, not just tactically: you can define long-term technical vision, architect scalable processes, and set strong product direction for the future.
Position Creative Production as an industry leader in AI integration, automation, and production speed.
Deliver by 2026: Automated Topic Discovery, Automated Ideation, and an AI-First Creative Pipeline for static and video ad production — with high generation speed, modularity, reduced time-to-market, and more unique, differentiated creative output.
Define and deliver by mid-2026 the Strategic Vision for 2027, including a clear AI and product strategy for Creative Production with key milestones, capabilities, and expected business impact.
A candidate with 5+ years of experience and a strong track record in AI automation — someone who has already implemented AI solutions into production workflows and can bring proven practices, working methods, and immediate acceleration to our internal processes.
Solid understanding of, and hands-on experience with, modern AI tools such as Veo, Sora, Suno, Gemini, n8n, and similar generative engines.
A data-driven mindset, with a passion for rapid experimentation, iterative improvement, and scaling what works.
