Job Description
We’re seeking a Junior Full Stack Engineer to join our team and support the continued growth of our platform. This role is designed for someone early in their career who is eager to learn, build, and contribute to both our web and mobile products while working closely with more senior engineers. The position is intended to start as soon as possible.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams across product, design, and operations, gaining hands-on experience in delivering high-quality solutions in a fast-paced, supportive environment. Responsabilities
- Support the design, development, and maintenance of features across mobile and web applications.
- Contribute to full-stack development using TypeScript, Next.js, Fastify, and React Native under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews and testing activities.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to understand requirements and implement technical solutions.
- Assist with deployment processes and learn about infrastructure and cloud services (AWS, ECS, Terraform).
- Help improve application performance, reliability, and overall developer experience.
- Actively learn and adapt in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of professional or internship experience in full-stack or frontend/backend development.
- Basic to intermediate experience with React, React Native, or similar frameworks.
- Familiarity with TypeScript, Next.js, or Node.js-based frameworks.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS is a plus, but not required).
- Strong willingness to learn, good problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- High proficiency in English, both written and verbal (advanced level required).
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a distributed team.
- Must be currently based in Honduras or Nicaragua and able to work remotely.
- Availability to start as soon as possible.
