About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Operations Manager to oversee and streamline end-to-end recruitment operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale recruitment teams, driving operational excellence, and ensuring process adherence in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the recruitment team, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and quality of delivery.
  • Develop and implement recruitment processes, performance metrics, and best practices across teams.
  • Collaborate with leadership to forecast hiring needs and align recruitment strategies with business goals.
  • Drive data-backed decision-making by analyzing key recruitment metrics (TAT, source efficiency, conversion ratios, etc.).
  • Ensure adherence to SLAs, compliance, and client satisfaction standards.
  • Identify gaps, propose process improvements, and implement automation or workflow tools for better efficiency.
  • Coach and mentor team leads and recruiters to enhance performance and accountability.


Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of experience in recruitment operations
  • Proven experience managing large teams and scaling recruitment processes.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing strategies, hiring funnels, and recruitment metrics.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in using ATS and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work in a remote, fast-paced environment.
