Job Description


HR Data Analyst (Level 3-4)

100% Remote, must be based in US

Initial 3mth contract, likely extensions (and conversion opportunities later in 2026)

Pay rate - $40 - $50/hr


Our client is currently seeking a Human Resource Analyst to deliver data-driven insights

that elevate HR strategy and decision-making. Reporting to the Head of HR Business Partners,

this role will partner across HR teams and other key stakeholders to ensure data integrity,

optimize reporting, and translate complex workforce information into clear, actionable

recommendations.


The ideal candidate is highly analytical, systems-minded, and passionate about using data to

solve problems and improve organizational outcomes.


Responsibilities:

  • Collect, clean, and analyze HR data across multiple systems (HRIS, ATS, LMS, and other platforms).
  • Maintain strong data hygiene and accuracy across HR systems through regular audits and quality checks.
  • Design, build, and deploy HR dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights for leaders and partners.
  • Develop standardized reporting to streamline recurring deliverables and enhance data accessibility.
  • Support HR initiatives by preparing ad-hoc analyses, presentations, and visualizations for stakeholders.
  • Interpret HR data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process and program improvement.
  • Conduct diagnostic and root-cause analysis on key HR metrics to inform decision-making.
  • Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to enhance data quality, reporting workflows, and automation.


Experience & Skillset:

  • 3+ years of experience in HR analytics, data analytics, or a related quantitative role.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini) to enhance reporting and workflow efficiency.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms and HR data management processes.
  • Ability to interpret complex datasets and communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical partners.
  • Demonstrated experience with data cleansing, audits, and maintaining system integrity.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
