- Blend full-funnel thinking with attribution sophistication, steering campaigns from prospecting to conversion while coordinating with design and cross-functional teams at velocity
- Architect growth engines; creative testing frameworks become competitive advantages
Requirements
- 5+ Years of Experience: At least 2 years managing Meta campaigns for D2C brands; proven success driving revenue across multiple digital channels
- Working knowledge of the broader marketing ecosystem, including Affiliate, SEO, SEM, and Email, with the ability to contribute to strategy
- Hands-on knowledge of Google Ads, YouTube, and other performance marketing platforms, with a track record of meeting or exceeding ROAS goals
- Proficient in campaign tracking, attribution analysis, and data interpretation to take strategic decisions in campaign optimization
- Experience optimizing funnels from initial awareness through conversion, including ad-to-LP optimization
- Ability to ideate compelling ad concepts and guide creative assets, working effectively with design teams
Preferred
- Mattress, furniture, or home goods sector background
- Experience with programmatic channels, TikTok Ads
- Familiar with automated ad creation tools and DCO
- Experience creating and optimizing video content for social and search platforms
- Knowledge of Meta Shopping features and other social commerce integrations
