Responsibilities

  • Own revenue outcomes across multiple channels with direct leadership access

  • Blend full-funnel thinking with attribution sophistication, steering campaigns from prospecting to conversion while coordinating with design and cross-functional teams at velocity
  • Architect growth engines; creative testing frameworks become competitive advantages


Requirements

  • 5+ Years of Experience: At least 2 years managing Meta campaigns for D2C brands; proven success driving revenue across multiple digital channels
  • Working knowledge of the broader marketing ecosystem, including Affiliate, SEO, SEM, and Email, with the ability to contribute to strategy
  • Hands-on knowledge of Google Ads, YouTube, and other performance marketing platforms, with a track record of meeting or exceeding ROAS goals
  • Proficient in campaign tracking, attribution analysis, and data interpretation to take strategic decisions in campaign optimization
  • Experience optimizing funnels from initial awareness through conversion, including ad-to-LP optimization
  • Ability to ideate compelling ad concepts and guide creative assets, working effectively with design teams


Preferred

  • Mattress, furniture, or home goods sector background
  • Experience with programmatic channels, TikTok Ads
  • Familiar with automated ad creation tools and DCO
  • Experience creating and optimizing video content for social and search platforms
  • Knowledge of Meta Shopping features and other social commerce integrations
