About The Role
We’re looking for a People Analytics Analyst who can turn workforce data into insights that guide smarter decisions across Recruitment, Customer Success, Team Operations, and the broader organization. If analyzing people trends, optimizing hiring funnels, and building models that help leaders plan ahead sound exciting to you, this role could be a great fit.
What You'll Do
- Workforce and Performance Insights: Track capacity, productivity, pass rates, and staffing trends across internal departments; analyze workload distribution to identify when teams need additional support; provide recommendations based on people data to improve efficiency and staffing alignment.
- Forecasting and Predictive Models: Build forecasting models for attrition, staffing needs, and hiring demand; create scenario plans for seasonal changes, service expansions, and operational shifts; present data-backed options that support leadership decision-making.
- Recruitment Funnel Analytics: Review recruitment metrics such as application flow, pass rates, and interview-to-hire ratios; strengthen forecasting for applicant supply and expected hiring volume; suggest improvements to workflows and funnel efficiency.
- Reporting and Dashboards: Develop dashboards and reports for Recruitment, Sales, CS, and Ops; prepare monthly workforce and people insights for leadership; ensure consistent and accurate views of people data across teams.
- Data Governance and AI Support: Partner with Engineering and Data Management to maintain data accuracy; support AI-based tools such as health scores, bandwidth scores, and internal dashboards; identify and resolve gaps in data collection and structure.
- Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Business, or related fields
- 5+ years in people analytics, workforce analytics, HR analytics, or similar roles
- Strong quantitative and modeling skills
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency
- Experience in BPO, outsourcing, HR, or high-volume recruitment environments is preferred
- Stable DSL/Cable/Fiber internet (20 Mbps minimum + backup)
- Laptop/desktop with at least Core i5/Ryzen 5 and 8GB RAM
