We’re on the lookout for a creative, driven, and culturally attuned Marketing Specialist ready to take the lead on growing Heymondo’s presence in the Polish market. In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping our digital voice, executing marketing strategies, and building meaningful connections with Polish travelers, all while supporting our mission: making travel easier for everyone, everywhere.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves switching between big-picture strategy and day-to-day execution. You’ll work closely with our Brand & Communication Manager to localise campaigns, manage cross-channel content, and coordinate impactful initiatives, from social media and influencer activations to blog content and events.

We’re looking for someone who’s part communicator, part strategist, and fully passionate about digital marketing. Mission: Coordinate, support and optimise our cross-channel marketing and communications plan.


Key responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop and execute the marketing and communications strategy for the Polish market in collaboration with the Brand Manager.
  • Execute the social media strategy for the Polish market in collaboration with the Social Media Manager.
  • Plan and organise external events in Poland.
  • Negotiate and monitor agreements with brand ambassadors and influencers in close coordination with the Affiliate Manager for Poland.
  • Write, proofread, and edit content across various mediums, including website, campaigns, blogs, PR, and newsletters.
  • Manage our blog strategy and content creation on WordPress in collaboration with the SEO Manager.
  • Identify growth opportunities by analysing market trends and competitors.
  • Oversee the marketing and communication budget for the Polish market.
  • Plan and execute newsletters and email marketing campaigns.
  • Work closely with the marketing team and other teams to coordinate brand awareness efforts.
  • Ensure consistent application of verbal and visual brand identity guidelines across all communications.


Requirements:

  • Between 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position
  • Native-level Polish skills with a high proficiency in Spanish
  • Excellent writing skills in Polish
  • Creative thinker
  • Highly motivated

  • Organized, proactive and detail oriented
  • Strong interpersonal abilities
  • Strong communications skills


Key Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or similar.
  • Excellent organisational and communications abilities.
  • Strong knowledge of communication practices and techniques.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience managing social media accounts across multiple platforms (includes writing, scheduling, and analysing)
  • Nice to have: knowledge of WordPress and SEO techniques
  • Be passionate, proactive and data-driven
  • Creative, funny and inspirational storyteller

Schedule: Full Time

  • Flexible hours (8 hours a day)
  • 100% Remote (we have a very nice office right next to Torre Agbar in Barcelona in case you want to work from there too)
