As Jupiter enters its next phase of growth, we are expanding our product-led motion and are looking for leadership to shape how users discover, adopt, and expand across our security platform.


The Role

The Head of Product-Led Growth role is responsible for defining and executing Júpiter’s PLG strategy across its cybersecurity products. This position owns the end-to-end growth funnel, ensuring alignment between product strategy, growth initiatives, and commercial outcomes.

This is a highly strategic, cross-functional role working closely with Product, Engineering, Security Operations, Sales, and Executive Leadership. The role plays a central part in how users experience the platform, how adoption scales, and how product usage translates into long-term revenue growth.


Strategic Leadership

  • Define and evolve Jupiter’s product-led growth strategy as a core engine of the business.
  • Partner with the CEO and Product leadership to align PLG initiatives with product vision and company goals.
  • Identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities across acquisition, activation, expansion, and retention.
  • Shape positioning and messaging for technical buyers, security leaders, and enterprise stakeholders.


Growth and Marketing Leadership

  • Build and lead the PLG and growth team.
  • Oversee brand, content, and inbound initiatives focused on education, trust, and adoption.
  • Design and execute scalable experiments to optimize onboarding, time-to-value, and conversion.
  • Establish clear metrics and dashboards to ensure data-driven growth decisions.


Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to improve onboarding, usability, and security workflows.
  • Partner with Sales, RevOps, and Customer Success to align PLG motions with enterprise sales and renewals.
  • Work with Operations and Finance to streamline billing, expansion, and renewal processes.
  • Act as the internal voice of the customer, bringing user insights into product and growth discussions.

The Team

This role leads the Product-Led Growth function and reports directly to the CEO. It operates at a senior leadership level, working across all departments to ensure strong adoption, retention, and scalable growth of Jupiter’s products.


About You

  • 7+ years of experience in PLG, growth, product marketing, or growth strategy within B2B software or SaaS.
  • Proven success owning PLG strategy with measurable growth outcomes.
  • Experience building and scaling growth or marketing teams.
  • Strong understanding of technical buyer journeys and enterprise adoption cycles.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics and experimentation.
  • Background in cybersecurity, infrastructure, or developer-facing products is highly preferred.
