Role/Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and REST APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
- Ensure code quality through unit, integration, and performance testing.
- Conduct code reviews, promote best practices, and mentor junior developers.
- Collaborate with architects, analysts, and DevOps engineers to define and refine technical solutions.
- Support deployment, cutover, and hypercare phases, ensuring stable releases.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring system performance and reliability.
- Contribute to technical design discussions, ensuring alignment with architectural principles and cloud strategy.
- Strong communication skills.
