Role Overview

We are hiring UX Researchers to join our growing design team. These roles will focus on creating user-centered digital experiences for financial products and services. Candidates should have a strong understanding of the China market, and passionate about delivering exceptional user experiences.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute user research studies (qualitative and quantitative).
  • Analyze user behaviors and provide actionable insights to inform design decisions.
  • Advocate for user needs throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
  • Collaborate with product managers, researchers, and developers to deliver user-centered solutions.
  • Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback.
  • Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and align with brand guidelines.


Requirements

  • 3+ years of work experience in UX research and design, preferably within banking or financial services.
  • Strong knowledge of China market trends, consumer behavior, and regulatory environment.
  • Familiarity with research methodologies and usability testing.
  • Fluent in Mandarin; English and Cantonese preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in Hong Kong or Mainland China; relocation support available for candidates.
