About the Role

We are seeking a Mid to Senior Chrome Extension Developer to work on a relatively complex, production-grade browser extension. This role involves building UI-heavy and background-heavy Chrome extensions that interact with third-party platforms, browser APIs, and automation workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Chrome extensions using TypeScript and Vue  

• Build complex extension UIs and background scripts  

• Work extensively with Chrome Extension APIs  

• Implement scraping and automation logic where applicable  

• Integrate third-party APIs into extension workflows  

• Handle extension permissions and security considerations  

• Debug, optimize, and maintain extension performance  

• Collaborate closely with backend and frontend developers  

Requirements

• Mid to Senior-level experience developing Chrome extensions  

• Strong TypeScript knowledge  

• Experience with Vue.js  

• Solid understanding of Chrome Extension architecture  

• Experience working with browser APIs and background scripts  

• Familiarity with scraping and automation techniques  

• Strong awareness of security and permission-sensitive environments  

• Ability to work independently in a remote setup  

Nice to Have

• Experience with Amazon scraping and/or automation  

• Previous experience building complex, production-ready extensions  

• Familiarity with publishing extensions (Chrome Web Store experience is a plus, not required)
