About this role
We are looking for a skilled 'Software Engineer in Test' engineer to join & work alongside our Australian engineering team. You will work to design, develop, and maintain automated
test suites for our web and mobile applications. You’ll work closely with QA, development, and DevOps teams to ensure delivery of high-quality software at speed.

Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in test automation with the Cypress framework.
- Understanding of test design patterns and automation best practices (Page Object Model, data-driven tests, etc.)
- Experience in API testing using tools like Postman
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, implement, and maintain automated tests using Cypress for end-to-end UI testing.
- Develop and extend test frameworks in JavaScript / TypeScript for API, integration, and unit testing.
- Analyse test results, triage failures, and collaborate with developers to resolve defects.
- Write clear, maintainable, and reusable test code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Continuously improve test coverage, performance, and reliability.
- Mentor other QA engineers on automation tools and techniques.
