Weβre looking for a RevOps & Go-To-Market Engineer who loves building systems, automations, and revenue engines from the ground up.
This is a full-time, fully remote role where youβll sit at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product, owning the infrastructure that drives predictable revenue growth.
Youβll design, implement, and optimize the tools, workflows, and data models that power our go-to-market motion β turning complexity into clarity and ideas into scalable execution.
- Build and optimize RevOps infrastructure that scales with rapid growth
- Own and evolve our CRM (HubSpot / Salesforce) and its integrations
- Design automation workflows that eliminate manual work and accelerate revenue
- Analyze data across the funnel to uncover insights, bottlenecks, and growth opportunities
- Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and CS to ensure perfect GTM alignment
- Create scalable processes for lead routing, lifecycle management, attribution, and reporting
- Turn strategy into systems β and systems into revenue
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot and/or Salesforce), including configuration, integrations, and troubleshooting
- Strong understanding of RevOps, GTM systems, and revenue workflows
- Experience building automation and scalable processes across the funnel
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills β you can work across teams and influence outcomes
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Builder mentality: you see messy systems as opportunities, not problems
- Background in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is a plus
- Experience in RevOps, growth, sales operations, or revenue optimization is highly valued
