What You’ll Do
- Lead and Inspire: Mentor and guide a team of design and drafting professionals to achieve excellence.
- Drive Accuracy: Ensure technical drawings meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.
- Collaborate Across Disciplines: Partner with engineers, project managers, and stakeholders to solve challenges and deliver results.
- Champion Standards: Maintain compliance with industry regulations and safety protocols.
- Leverage Technology: Use advanced tools like AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit, and MicroStation to manage design work.
- Own Quality: Implement rigorous quality control processes to guarantee precision and client satisfaction.
- 5+ years in design and drafting within energy, industrial, or related sectors.
- 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Expertise in 2D/3D drafting tools and electrical design.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn quickly.
- No nuclear experience? No problem! Your design leadership is what matters most.
- Bonus points for experience in oil/gas or heavy industry and a Bachelor’s degree.

Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Naperville, IL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $52.88 - $64.90/hr.
