About The Role
We are looking for a Business Workforce Planner who can help shape our internal staffing strategy by building accurate headcount forecasts and ensuring teams stay supported as the business grows. If you enjoy analyzing capacity, predicting staffing needs, and planning for future growth, this role will be a strong match.
What You'll Do
- Headcount and Capacity Planning: Maintain internal staffing models across various departments; track team capacity, workload distribution, and productivity trends; set monthly and quarterly hiring targets in partnership with leadership; align hiring forecasts with real-time operational bandwidth.
- Scenario Planning and Forecasting: Build forecasts for attrition, workload shifts, and headcount requirements; plan for seasonal demand, new team expansions, and organizational changes; present clear, data-backed headcount projections.
- Operational and Recruitment Planning Support: Analyze recruitment data such as application volume, pass rates, and time-to-fill; recommend optimizations to interviewer allocation, sourcing mix, and hiring workflows; ensure staffing levels support both current workload and future growth.
- Reporting and Alignment: Create dashboards reflecting staffing trends, capacity, and planning metrics; prepare monthly planning reports for leadership; keep teams aligned with standardized workforce insights.
- Data Integrity and Systems Support: Partner with Engineering and Data Management to maintain accurate workforce data; manage data quality across HubSpot, Typeform, HR systems, and internal platforms; support workforce-related AI tools and ensure clean underlying data.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Economics, HR, or related fields
- 5+ years of experience in workforce planning, headcount forecasting, or operations planning
- Strong analytical and modeling skills
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets expertise
- Experience in BPO or high-volume staffing environments is highly preferred
- Stable DSL/Cable/Fiber internet (20 Mbps minimum + backup)
- Laptop/desktop with at least Core i5/Ryzen 5 and 8GB RAM
