Key Responsibilities
Develop and Implement Growth Marketing Campaigns:
- Lead the creation and execution of integrated growth marketing campaigns aimed at driving sales and business growth. This includes strategies for SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and paid media.
- Direct SEO efforts to improve search engine rankings, increase relevant traffic, and ultimately drive conversions on client websites.
- Manage Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other paid search campaigns, optimizing for better results, cost-per-click (CPC), and return on investment (ROI).
- Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter to increase brand awareness and drive lead generation.
- Create and manage both organic and paid campaigns that engage users and contribute to sales goals.
- Collaborate with the content team to produce compelling and sales-focused content that resonates with audiences, including blog posts, case studies, and whitepapers.
- Ensure content aligns with SEO strategies and supports the sales funnel.
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing, customer retention, and conversion.
- Use segmentation and data insights to create targeted and highly effective email communications that support sales growth.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and other analytics platforms to monitor campaign performance.
- Provide actionable insights based on KPIs, including sales metrics, and make data-driven recommendations to improve campaigns and ROI.
- Continuously optimize landing pages, forms, CTAs, and other digital marketing touchpoints to maximize conversions and drive sales.
- Work closely with account managers and the design team to ensure campaigns meet client objectives and align with their sales goals.
- Maintain strong communication with clients, offering strategic guidance and providing campaign updates.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices, particularly those related to driving sales and growth.
- Innovate and test new strategies to stay ahead of the curve and drive greater results.
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on growth marketing, sales-driven strategies, and performance metrics.
- Proven track record of managing campaigns that result in significant sales growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM (Google Ads), and Google Analytics.
- Expertise in paid social campaigns on platforms like Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Instagram.
- Strong writing and content creation skills, with an emphasis on conversion-oriented content.
- Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
- Familiarity with conversion optimization tools (e.g., Google Optimize, A/B testing).
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify).
- Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a bonus.
- Google Ads and/or Facebook Blueprint certification.
- Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, ActiveCampaign).
- Knowledge of sales-driven digital marketing strategies and trends in the MENA region.
- Bilingual in English and Arabic is highly desirable.
