🎯 Key Responsibilities- Define and own product vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Translate business goals and customer needs into clear product requirements
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, marketing, and sales
- Prioritize features and initiatives based on impact and feasibility
- Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to launch
- Gather and analyze user feedback, data, and market insights
- Define product KPIs and measure success post-launch
- Communicate product plans and progress to stakeholders and leadership
- Mentor junior product managers and contribute to product best practices
- Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies
- 5–8+ years of experience in product management, with experience in senior roles
- Proven track record of delivering successful digital or software products
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience working closely with engineering and design teams
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical abilities
- Experience with product management tools (Jira, Confluence, Productboard, Aha!)
- Ability to lead and influence in a remote environment
- Fluent in English
