🎯 Key Responsibilities
  • Define and own product vision, strategy, and roadmap
  • Translate business goals and customer needs into clear product requirements
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, marketing, and sales
  • Prioritize features and initiatives based on impact and feasibility
  • Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to launch
  • Gather and analyze user feedback, data, and market insights
  • Define product KPIs and measure success post-launch
  • Communicate product plans and progress to stakeholders and leadership
  • Mentor junior product managers and contribute to product best practices
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies
Requirements
  • 5–8+ years of experience in product management, with experience in senior roles
  • Proven track record of delivering successful digital or software products
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Experience working closely with engineering and design teams
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical abilities
  • Experience with product management tools (Jira, Confluence, Productboard, Aha!)
  • Ability to lead and influence in a remote environment
  • Fluent in English
  • Must be based in Australia with legal right to work full-time
