About the Opportunity:

This opportunity is for a Senior Product Manager to lead Provider Experience, helping clinicians thrive by simplifying workflows, reducing burnout, and improving clinical outcomes through efficient systems and tools.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and optimize systems for scheduling and caseload management
• Oversee session delivery and AI-supported workflows
• Drive documentation and compliance automation
• Develop tools to enhance provider efficiency and reduce burnout
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Design, Engineering, Provider Operations, Clinical Leadership, Support, and Product Marketing
Requirements:
• 5+ years of product management experience
• Success improving the supply-side experience in a marketplace (e.g., sellers, hosts, providers) with measurable impact in retention, efficiency, or monetization
• Ability to simplify complex, multi-step workflows into intuitive, efficient product experiences
• Strong communication and alignment skills across diverse stakeholders and technical teams
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, using data, experimentation, and qualitative insights for decision-making
• Experience building products for time-constrained professional users
• Experience with products leveraging AI/ML and automation to streamline workflows
