Job Summary:
We’re seeking a People Ops Manager to elevate the employee experience across our distributed team. You’ll streamline processes, ensure compliance, and support team members throughout their journey—driving a culture of trust, care, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and improve onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Manage contracts, benefits, and policy compliance.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for employee concerns.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align on people initiatives.
- Lead engagement and well-being programs for a remote-first workforce.
- Maintain accurate records and monitor key people ops metrics.
Required Skills:
- Proven People Ops or HR experience in remote environments.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, compliance, and employee experience.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with onboarding, benefits, and policy administration.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled in HRIS and collaboration tools.
Compensation & Benefits Notice
The annual base salary range for this full-time position is $90,000–$110,000 USD. micro1 seeks to engage exceptional talent regardless of location and offers generous compensation packages to all employees. All employees are eligible for equity compensation, and employees may also receive performance-based bonuses, dependent on role and subject to company policies. micro1 provides a comprehensive benefits package, including up to 100% reimbursement for health-insurance premiums, paid time off, and additional benefits designed to support a high-performing, remote-first workforce.
