Job Description

We are a fast-growing startup building a next-generation CRM solution for Fitness Gyms. Our goal is to streamline gym management and enhance the member experience through innovative technology. We are looking for a proactive and analytical Product Owner / Business Analyst to join our remote team and bridge the gap between our business goals and technical execution.

The Role: You will act as the voice of the customer (PO), analyze complex business requirements (BA), and facilitate the development process (Agile Management). You will work directly with stakeholders to define the product vision and guide the engineering team to deliver high-quality features.

Key Responsibilities

Product Ownership & Strategy:

  • Manage the Product Backlog from end-to-end; prioritize tasks based on business value and startup goals (MVP mindset).
  • Translate high-level business requirements into clear, technical User Stories with defined Acceptance Criteria.
  • Act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and the technical development team.

Business Analysis & Documentation:

  • Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and create technical documentation (SRS, FRD).
  • Design process flows, wireframes, and diagrams using tools like Visio, Miro, or Draw.io to visualize requirements.
  • Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and understandable for both technical and non-technical teams.

Agile Management & Execution:

  • Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Monitor project progress, identify blockers, and ensure timely delivery of features.
  • Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate that the delivered product matches the requirements.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Project Manager in software development (SaaS experience is a plus).
  • Task Management Tools: Strong proficiency in project management platforms is required. You must be experienced in setting up and managing workflows in tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Monday.com, or Notion.
  • Language Skills: Advanced/Fluent English is a must. You must be able to write technical documentation and present complex ideas to stakeholders clearly.
  • Technical Mindset: Ability to understand API integrations, database logic, and software architecture concepts.
  • Agile Knowledge: Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and rituals.
  • Remote Work Ethics: Self-disciplined, highly organized, and able to work effectively in a fully remote environment without constant supervision.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to manage stakeholder expectations and team dynamics.

Nice to Have (Preferred)

  • Experience working in Startups or fast-paced dynamic environments.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or the Fitness/Wellness industry.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).

What We Offer

  • Fully remote work opportunity.
  • The chance to play a key role in building a product from the ground up.
  • A dynamic, flexible, and innovative startup culture.
  • Opportunity for professional growth and leadership.

How to Apply: If you are a problem-solver who loves turning ideas into reality, please send your CV and a brief cover letter describing your experience with Agile and your preferred task management tools.
