We’re now looking for a Digital Marketing Manager / Growth Lead (Mid to Senior Level) who can own strategy, execution, and results across SEO, paid advertising, and omnichannel campaigns.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can build the plan, sell the plan, and execute the plan.
- Own end-to-end digital marketing strategy for Vigorant and our clients
- Build actionable 30-60-90 day marketing plans with clear KPIs
- Lead and collaborate with the internal marketing team (SEO, GEO, content, design, dev)
- Plan, launch, and optimize SEO and GEO (technical, on-page, local) strategies
- Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and retargeting campaigns
- Analyze performance using GA4, Search Console, SEMrush, Ads dashboards, etc.
- Translate data into clear insights and next steps
- Communicate strategies, progress, and results directly with clients
- Present plans confidently and align expectations with measurable outcomes
- Continuously test, improve, and scale what works
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing or growth roles
- Strong technical SEO knowledge (audits, indexing, CWV, schema, local SEO)
- Proven experience managing paid advertising budgets (Google Ads, Meta)
- Experience building funnels and optimizing conversion paths
- Comfortable working with data, KPIs, and dashboards
- Ability to explain strategy in simple business terms (especially to non-marketers)
- Experience working with US or international clients
- Confident communicator with strong English (written & spoken)

- Competitive salary: $2,000 – $3,500 USD / month (full-time) and $1,000 – $2,000 USD / month (part-time) (based on experience)
